- The two and one-half story Gothic
Revival cottage has an irregular ground plan consisting of an ell-shaped
main block on the south and a narrower rectangular wing extending from it on the
north.
- The gable-ended
south elevation, which faces the river, is two and a half stories high. The ground
floor is opened almost entirely by three tall double casement
windows with wooden transoms.
